NATIONAL PARK

About Krka National Park road route 2

At beautiful Krka National Park there are several road, MTB and trekking cycling routes for cyclist of all abilities. The second road route is so called “queen of routes” within all routes at Krka National Park. It covers the biggest part of the Park – all the way from ancient Burnum Amphitheatre down to the town of Skradin.

The route is circular and passes through the area which had a big importance through the Croatian history. It covers 95.1 kilometers and climbs 1447 meters. Signs along the route are blue with white arrows and “R – 2” marks. Here you can read some rules which need to be obeyed while cycling.

One of the most wonderful sights along the route is Roški slap, big and interesting waterfall with many cascades. Of course, that isn’t the only landmark – there are many great sights of the canyon and other natural and cultural beauties.
